Zumba This Week

Zumba this week was quiet interesting and out of the box. One of my instructors- Nikkofitti was invited to a local TV station breakfast show to talk about Zumba. A lot of people apparently do not know much about Zumba.

One thing you need to know is that you do not need to be a professional dancer to do Zumba. It’s all about working out and having fun.

The TV session was a fun and memorable 15 minutes of fame work out.

The morning show also invited instructors who do other types of workout. I say you learn something new every day. On this day, I discovered Pilates. I will be keen on learning and adding this fitness regimen to my work out plan. Pilates stresses on improvement of the body through strengthening the core and improving flexibility.
