This week’s Zumba class, the instructor incorporated a little bit of Strong by Zumba. This is where I discovered that all the gains that I had from last year had all gone down the drain. I took a break from gym and Zumba over the holidays and resumed my work out sessions in mid-January. However, there I am yet to resume strength training.  In as much as I am doing Zumba on a weekly basis, I realize that I am at that plateau phase, where the body is neither gaining nor adding.

An experience of strong by Zumba made me realize that my core is weak and I have to make an effort to balance between Zumba and strength training. So I will be back to the gym doing strength training in the form of strong by Zumba. Looking forward to this experience.
